Started in 2011 by @LeighAnneBest and @LauraFrank of Medina, Ohio’s Mighty Auto Pro, Brakes for Breasts raises funds for the #Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine. In 2011, 5 Ohio shops participated and donated a percentage of their proceeds from all brake sales in October to the cause. Last year, the mission had spread to 23 states and included 68 participating auto shops, bringing the 3 year total amount raised by Brakes for Breasts to over $100,000.

Way to go team!

  1. Women Auto Know

I’m sure women shops/drivers are involved throughout the country in different ways. I would suggest searching Breast Cancer Awareness in your area and find out who is doing what and how you can help. If you don’t find a fundraiser, donate to #Brakes for Breasts or the #National Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation online. Thanks for your support!
