As a native of New York, I know how stressful it is to get stuck in traffic. According to the 2015 Traffic Scorecard, the average New Yorker spends 73 hours sitting in traffic per year. That’s more than three days. Yeesh! What a mess.

Getting mad won’t do any good. I’ll show you what I mean. You want to have a nice picnic, but it’s stormy. You walk outside and yell, “WHY IS IT RAINING?!” What did that accomplish? Nothing (except make you feel irritated).

The next time you’re tempted to honk your horn in frustration, review this infographic about traffic jam etiquette. You’ll save a lot of trouble. Thanks to our friends at the Auto Insurance Center for sharing these valuable tips!
